AronDigital is a web design and AI automation studio operated by Aron Asztalos. We provide two services to small and service-based businesses: website design and build, and AI voice assistants. Each is scoped in a single 20-minute call and goes live the following day.

AronDigital is operated as a sole trader by Aron Asztalos, who is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. There is no separate registered company. You can reach the controller using the contact details below, and a postal address will be provided on request.

2. What Data We Collect

When you interact with our website or contact us, we may collect the following information:

• Your name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• The address of your current website, if you give us one
• The date and time you pick for your call, and anything you add when booking
• Browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited (via analytics tools)

3. How We Collect Data

We collect data through:

• The Cal.com booking calendar embedded on our website
• Direct email or phone communication
• Vercel Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of you
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

4. Why We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Arrange, confirm and hold the call you booked
• Provide and manage the services you have engaged us for
• Send you relevant follow-up communications about your project
• Improve our website and service offerings
• Comply with legal obligations

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

• Email and CRM platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel)
• Cal.com, which runs our booking calendar and stores the details you enter there
• Automation tools (e.g., n8n)
• AI tools (e.g., Claude by Anthropic)
• Website hosting and analytics providers

All third-party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Cookies

We use two analytics tools, and they behave differently:

• Vercel Analytics: counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It needs no consent and runs on every visit.
• Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QQF3BS4H36): sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that recognise a returning browser for up to 2 years, so we can see which pages people actually read. It is not loaded at all until you accept it in the cookie banner. Advertising and personalisation signals stay switched off, and your IP address is anonymised.

The site sets no other cookies. Nothing here is used for advertising, and we never sell your data.

You can change your answer at any time using the Cookies link in the footer. Declining clears any Google Analytics cookies a previous "accept" had set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which will not affect how the site works.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry data is typically retained for 6 months. Client project data is retained for 1 year after project completion.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some of our third-party tools may transfer data outside of the EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.
