Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging AronDigital for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who contacts us through the site.

2. Services

AronDigital provides two services:

• Website design, build and launch
• AI voice assistants that answer, qualify and book calls

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. These Terms of Service apply alongside any separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Payments and Fees

Fees for services are outlined in the individual proposal or invoice provided to you. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit of at least $500, or the equivalent in local currency, is required before work commences
• Remaining balance is due on or before the agreed completion date
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur a fee of 15% per month

Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) for international clients, and in Hungarian forint (HUF) for clients in Hungary. The currency that applies to you is confirmed on the call before you commit to anything.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver results, we rely on timely cooperation from you. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, brand assets, and access credentials as needed
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintain sufficient ad budget on platforms where applicable

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines, and AronDigital shall not be held liable for such delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables we build for you (the website, its design and its copy) transfer to you, the client.

An AI voice assistant is licensed to you for use while your engagement is active. It runs on third-party infrastructure that we pay for on an ongoing basis, and ownership of it does not transfer.

AronDigital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any tools, frameworks, templates, or processes developed by AronDigital remain the property of AronDigital and are licensed to you for use, not ownership.

6. Delivery Timescale

We build on the day of your 20-minute call and go live the following day. This timescale assumes you provide, during or immediately after that call, everything we ask for, most importantly access to your domain, and to your phone number or calendar where a voice assistant is involved.

Where that access is not available, delivery begins from the point it is provided. We will tell you on the call if anything is likely to delay launch.

7. Guarantees

7.1 Websites: performance guarantee

Before we begin building, we agree with you, on the call, a single measurable metric that the new website must beat: typically enquiries, phone calls or bookings. We record that metric and the comparison period in writing.

If, over the two weeks following launch, the new website does not outperform your previous website on that agreed metric, you receive a full refund of the fees you paid us, and you keep the website. Ownership of the site and its deliverables remains with you notwithstanding the refund, with no further obligation to us.

The comparison is made like for like: the same length of time and, so far as is reasonably possible, comparable traffic sources. Where your previous website has no measurable history to compare against, we agree a specific target on the call instead, and that target governs the guarantee.

This guarantee assumes the website remains live, unmodified by you or a third party, and reachable at the agreed address for the full two-week period.

7.2 AI voice assistants: money-back guarantee

You may request a refund of the fees you paid us for an AI voice assistant without giving a reason. We will not ask you to justify the request.

Unlike a website, an AI voice assistant is not handed over on a refund. It depends on third-party infrastructure that incurs a cost for every minute it remains switched on, and we cannot maintain that indefinitely at our own expense. On refund, the assistant is deactivated and your number is returned to its previous routing.

7.3 Beyond these guarantees

We apply our full expertise to every engagement. Beyond the guarantees set out above, wider results are influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform changes, and competition. No further guarantee, such as a minimum return on ad spend or a specific revenue figure, is made unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds claimed under the guarantees in section 7 are honoured in full, including any deposit. Those guarantees take precedence over the general terms below.

Outside of those guarantees, either party may terminate a service engagement with 10 days written notice.

• Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid
• Outside a guarantee claim, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If AronDigital cancels without cause, any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to pricing, strategy documents, client data, and proprietary processes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AronDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you to AronDigital in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Transmit spam, malicious code, or disruptive content

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
